Why "The Addict In Me"?

When most people hear the word addiction, they think of alcohol or drugs. But addiction goes far beyond substances.

Many of us become addicted to our fear, our self-doubt, our negative thinking, our need for approval, unhealthy relationships, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, and patterns that keep us stuck.

We replay the same stories, react from the same wounds, and repeat the same behaviors without realizing how deeply conditioned we have become.

The Addict In Me is not about labeling people. It is about recognizing that we all have patterns that no longer serve us.

The truth is that we can be our own worst critic and our own greatest supporter. We can be the voice that keeps us trapped, or the voice that guides us toward healing.

My mission is to help individuals become aware of the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that may be holding them back so they can reconnect with their inner strength, wisdom, and ability to heal.

Because healing begins when awareness replaces judgment, and compassion replaces shame.

You are not broken.

You are not your past.

You are more than what happened to you.

You are so much more!
