Hi, I'm Jacqueline.

I'm a mother, grandmother, survivor, healer, and advocate for individuals seeking freedom from the emotional wounds that keep them feeling stuck.

For many years, I believed I was defined by my struggles, my mistakes, and the ways I tried to cope with the pain I carried.

Like so many others, I searched for relief without fully understanding the deeper wounds beneath the surface. What I eventually discovered was that the behaviors people see are often symptoms of unresolved trauma, heartbreak, grief, fear, or emotional pain.

My healing journey transformed the way I viewed myself and my life. It taught me that healing is not about fixing something that is broken. It is about reconnecting with the strength, worth, and resilience that have always existed within us.

That realization became the foundation of my mission.

My mission is to help individuals who feel lost, stuck, or defined by their past rediscover their power, purpose, and ability to heal.

I believe people should not be labeled by the ways they survived their pain. Whether someone turned to alcohol, food, unhealthy relationships, self-sabotaging behaviors, or other coping mechanisms, those experiences do not define who they are.

I believe we are far more than our trauma, addiction, mistakes, or life challenges. We are individuals with the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change when given the right support, tools, and compassion.

Today, I help others navigate their own healing journey through holistic healing, emotional support, and personal empowerment.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where individuals can release the burdens of the past, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with hope and confidence.

Healing is possible.

Your story is not over.

And no matter what you've been through, you are more than what happened to you.

Why "The Addict In Me"?

Many people ask about the meaning behind my business name.

The answer may surprise you.

For me, addiction isn't limited to substances. It can also show up as unhealthy emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, fear, self-doubt, and behaviors that keep us stuck. Addiction is a symptom of something deeper.
