Let's take one of our very earliest memories of a time we were feeling hurt. If we received no comfort or validation of our feelings, how did we choose to cope with these hurt feelings? Would we cry, sulk, run away, have a tantrum, or would we hurt ourselves or others with words or actions? As children, we need constant guidance from our loved ones to help correct any unhealthy patterns of behavior that arise when we experience conflicts so it isn't repeated into our adult lives. If we've never received guidance when we are young, these behaviors will become imprinted in our minds, which will likely be repeated into adulthood. So if you or someone you love has an unhealthy mindset, how have you or they behaved to cope with life's troubles. Do you or they seek to numb worries by drinking, smoking, or using illegal drugs or by eating the troubles away? Maybe they seek comfort through sex.

Have you or someone you know fallen into the addiction trap? Who suffers the most from the bad choices we've made? We do for we make a conscious choice to allow ourselves to continue to stay stuck in this perpetual cycle of pain, sadness, depression, and despair. Some people are so stuck in their traumas, they remain in victim mode and would rather hurt themselves than seek the source of their own truth, but that is their choice. What we fear to face the most will be the very thing that will heal us, which is ironic. We must feel, let go and forgive. This takes a lot of courage to do when we are afraid but this will liberate us.

If I told you that we were made of energy would you believe it? So if we are energy, our energy holds imprints from our parents, great-grandparents, and back to the first being on earth. These imprints are in our energy field from the moment of conception. Some of these imprints contain the memories of pain and suffering from our ancestors. So how we deal with life can activate these imprints that can create illness within the body. These illnesses can be in the form of allergies, std's autoimmune diseases, cancer, or making poor choices in life. These imprints influence how we survive in this life. We in a sense are like our own mothers, grandmothers, etc.  We inherit their traits while in utero.

If we don't allow our minds to open up, we will continue to have a hard time understanding the whys in life. We will continue repeating the same old unhealthy patterns, even if we don't have an addiction problem. We will feel a sense of loss and emptiness that nothing can fill. If we decide to take this life-changing risk, we will finally begin to learn to understand ourselves, and we will awaken to see the world in a different light. When we become awakened and aware, our life as we know it changes. The walls that were built out of necessity for our survival will begin to crumble to reveal the light to our truth. This will then lead us to discover who we are and why we are here. As our journey continues, we will be guided to let go and trust the process. This can only be possible if we find the strength and courage within ourselves to say to ourselves, "this stops now". This is a powerful statement we are sending out, saying loud and clear we are choosing to love ourselves, and to do this we must find our truth. We must find out who we are.

We've all heard the phrase, "the truth will set you free." So for us to feel free, we must come face to face with the truth of who we are, for we are not the mistakes of our past. We must be courageous enough to travel inside the forest of our sub-conscience mind to look at the heart of our truth, and the root of our struggles. We must look inside our inner garden and pull out the weeds that have sprouted, as a result of the suffering we've held onto for so long. When we let go, we get closer to self-discovery. When we discover who we are, we will be free of the lies that shackle us so we can pursue our dreams. If you are ready, let me be your guide you on this journey of life.
